Yes. Essentially there are two (2) types of estimates: Binding and Non-Binding. A non-binding estimate is not binding on the movera and your final moving charges will be based upon the actual weight of your shipment, the services provided, and the tariff provisions in effect. A Non-Binding estimate comes in two (2) flavors: a flat rate or a not to exceed cost.
